GRINDING

RMS has 4 Blanchard Grinders with grinding surfaces of 36”, 46”, 60”, and 84” which allow us to meet your machining requirements. We can also grind full height sidewall blocks.

CYLINDRICAL GRINDING

We can grind both inside and outside diameters, as well as grooves and shiplaps.

DRILLING

Our Cincinnati Brickford radial arm drill allows us to core drill holes from ¼” to 16” in diameter.

PLANING

Our Rockford Planer is capable of flatness tolerances with .001” to .002”

ASSEMBLY

Our 1,700 square foot assembly area provides ample space to assemble your canal, throat, port, distributor and forehearth assemblies, as well as paving panels.
